Multiple Domains

Add a primary domain

This step is required before using the domain alias and self-signup features listed below. You must own the domain names you'd like to add and verify your ownership.

Go to your Organization's Settings page by clicking on Settings from the left side nav and then go to the Domains tab

Add your primary domain into the empty field then click add domain.

This should be the domain you use for all email communication i.e. the domain that shows on your business

Verify your domain by clicking the verification link sent in the domain verification email.

Add a domain alias

If your organization uses multiple email domains, we recommend taking advantage of our Domain Alias feature.

Go to your Organization's Domain Settings page (Settings > Domains)

Add your domain alias into the empty field then click add domain.

Verify your domain by clicking the verification link sent in the domain verification email.

Domain Signup

Domain Signup allows anyone with a verified domain to automatically join your organization when they create an account.

Go to your Organization's Domain Settings page (Settings > Domains)

Toggle the switch to enable the Domain Signup feature
